I know people were saying their batteries melted and all that, but we haven't had an issue with ours in the 2+ years we have had it.</p> <p>My DD1 LOVED it (we have so many monitor pictures of her face to face with it) and I recently broke it out for DD2. she also loves it. she'll let me plop her in her crib and she falls asleep with her hand touching its belly. </p>
