So my belly/rib soreness isn't from the doctor's prodding, but I did get the okay to use a heating pad on my ribs and on my back last pregnancy, so I've been getting relief that way. Also agree with the Epsom salt baths, but I like that I can use the heating pad throughout the day if needed.

Epsom salt bath. Drink lots of water. Lay down. And call your midwives and ask them too? Good luck!

For some reason it didn't occur to me but Tylenol has helped with the sore belly feeling. I haven't taken it directly for that, taken for headaches, but noticed it did help when I was feeling what felt like a sore muscle feeling, almost like RLP in the front.

LO is very active and my uterus is so sore when she moves around. I had my 32 week appointment yesterday, and my belly has been pretty sore since (midwife felt for baby's position, but I don't feel like she was too rough at all).

I assume this is just typical aches and pains for 32 weeks, but my BHs are a tiny bit painful, and I would like some relief. Any tips?
