It was the one thing that led me to believe I might be pregnant as my boobs never get sore. I was running during a workout one day and I literally had to try and inconspicuously hold my boobs while running. I knew I had to be pregnant because that never happens to me. It was only the boob area, not nipple. For my 2nd pregnancy, only my nipples were sore and that started after bfp.
