Are you having restless sleep?

It's crazy the things that can end up making you sore - I think I'm secretly a lot more flexible in my sleep than I am IRL (if that makes sense?). We have a large dog that will jump in the bed sometimes during the night (according to my husband who stays up later than me) and I will contort my body to accommodate her 90 lbs. As a result, I end up sore. If my husband hadn't seen her in the bed, I would have no idea why I was so sore!

The last couple of days, I have woken up to pain in my legs, arms and hands. It feels like I exercised too much the day before. But I didn't. I have no idea what I am doing in my sleep to cause this. Thoughts?
