I learned very quickly that the lowest setting is perfectly fine. It helped me a lot when I had to pump exclusively for an entire month to figure out why my oldest was breaking out in eczema at the time. I did a saline rinse at night and let the girls air out and coated myself in lanolin before and after a pumping session. I'm considering skipping my last pump so my nipples can heal. Thoughts? Should I soldier through my last pump? Or give my tired nipples a break. Skipping one pump shouldn't hurt, right??? </p>
