Sadly I don't have my lanolin with me. I'll see what I can find in the hotel gift shop.

I've been EPing for almost 9 weeks now. I learned very quickly that the lowest setting is perfectly fine. I use lanolin if they feel dry and olive oil on the flanges.

"They" say never to skip, but I'm sure one pump won't kill your supply.

Try putting nipple cream before and after every pumping session going forward. It helped me a lot when I had to pump exclusively for an entire month to figure out why my oldest was breaking out in eczema at the time. Hope they feel better soon!

I had to pump last week with a bloody nipple from an LO bite. I did a saline rinse at night and let the girls air out and coated myself in lanolin before and after a pumping session. I didn't skip any sessions.

Try putting a little olive oil in your flanges before pumping. It helps them glide through a bit easier.

Since I'm on a business trip I have been pumping A LOT and my nipples are sore and bloody. I'm considering skipping my last pump so my nipples can heal. Thoughts? Should I soldier through my last pump? Or give my tired nipples a break. Skipping one pump shouldn't hurt, right???
