<description>&#60;p&#62;I know what you mean, I was a bit sore from holding my breast in place and holding the back of her neck to get a good latch.  It really does get easier after they are a month or so old and can just lay there and eat.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I didnt have wrist soreness. Only thing I can think of is that you might be supporting his weight more with your forearm than with your elbow. Try resting his head more in the crook of your elbow and relax your hand so that the elbow and your upper forearm are supporting most of the weight.

&#60;p&#62;Are you using a pillow or holding LO on your own? Have you tried nursing in the side laying position? Laying down was/is the best position for us to nurse in. Made a huge difference in LO's ability to nurse and is much easier since you don't actually have to hold them.
