<description>&#60;p&#62;I spent two days making a really good vegetable soup.  I spent Saturday making some amazing chicken stock and then added a bunch of veggies to make an amazing veggie soup that I was really excited about eating all week.  I blended it up so that I could sip it out of a mug while at work when I needed a snack, especially since it was going to be chilly again this week.  It was perfect!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So I let it cool on the stove.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And forgot to put it in the fridge.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;All that work for nothing.  :(&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;PS: If you make your own chicken stock, use a pressure cooker.  It's the best stock I've ever made.
