We just help her with the spoon to eat soups. They are one of her most favourite foods! Sometimes I will put a carrot (or whatever!) on the spoon and hand it to her, and she will put it in her mouth, but for broth, I just fill the spoon and feed it to her.

She likes a lot of creamy soups. They are a bit thicker. Honestly before I started with making stuff at home I gave her some stuff out of a can to see if she liked it.

OK, silly question, but I've noticed that a few people have mentioned their LOs love soup, and I'd like to try with my 11.5 MO. However, I'm wondering if it's just going to be a huge mess. I use the little green pouches for other things, but that will only work for pureed soups. Any tips on feeding soup (esp chunkier, broth-based soups) to a baby?
