<description>&#60;p&#62;You could make the kimchi fried rice but don't put the juices in.  Use hot red pepper paste and put some meat in there-- like bulgogi.  :)  &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I know there are quite a few Korean Bees here.   So what do I do with a big jar of soured kimchi?  DH thinks kimchi is already sour, so ndb, but I know the difference!  My old roommate would make a soup (I think, &#34;ji-gae?&#34;), but I've never made it.  What do you do with it?  Maybe kimchi-fried-rice?  But not sure if the sour taste goes away?
