<description>&#60;p&#62;We had a robust discussion recently about the measles outbreak in Brooklyn and whether people should be held liable for infecting others.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Part of the discussion centered around whether you could trace the index patient.  Well, the Brooklyn outbreak has been traced to someone who traveled from London to Brooklyn.  CDC and EIS can do amazing things!&#60;/p&#62;
