Driving to Emerald Bay is fun. There's lots to do at Camp Richardson. The community center is supposed to be really great. Reagan Beach is great for kids because it has a playground. Might want to look into a boat cruise. There is a small mini golf place. I went on a nice short hike on a trail past the casinos on the Nevada side. I hope you are able to find a Bee with some tips specific to Tahoe. </p> <p>We are currently vacationing in Vermont with an active 16 mo. He loves visiting playgrounds or hiking in the morning to get his energy out. We do some trails that are flat and wide so he can walk, and some that are steeper when he rides in the hiking pack. He loves swimming in the local lake in the afternoons after his nap. He's been so tired at the end of each fun filled day that he begs us to put him to bed around 7pm. Visiting farms and places with trains/train rides have also been hits at this age. </p> <p>Again, hope you get some tips specific to Tahoe!
