I didn't wear them to look slimmer.... but they just felt comfortable. They aren't tight around your belly at all.... I bought a belly band &amp; have worn that with my pants that have the panel for extra support. Especially during our family photos this weekend. It really helped round things out. Otherwise who gives a hoot! You have worked hard for that bump. Even after losing weight I have to wear them or I feel like I'm not contained. I'm only 13 weeks and still going strong. I guess I'm wondering how long people (if anyone) managed to keep the spanx on. And will they damage the baby? </p>
