<description>&#60;p&#62;Only thing that helped me was my chiropractor. My doula did teach me some exercises and stretches to help reset bones in that area that I tried at home when it was really bad.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm starting to think I have SPD because I have a crushing pain in the front of my pelvis whenever I stand, walk, etc. Pretty much whenever I put pressure on it. It started yesterday after running a few errands; by the end I was just hobbling home. (And what is with all the people who expect a pregnant woman to be the one to run and move a cart out of their way or lift a heavy box for them?)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you had it was there anything your OB could do for you? Did anything make the pain better? Having a lot of trouble walking.  :sad:
