I just called customer service and they overnighted me a new pump. I know this is an old post but I hope you got the issue fixed! Many of my friends have also had pumps crap out around 6mo but all have been able to get free replacements. At first, I really liked it! The suction seemed more gentle than the Medela, but just as effective! </p> <p>However, 6 months later, and I feel like the pump isn't working as well and there is a loss of suction. I get less than half of the milk I normally get in the same amount of time.. I've checked the tubing and membranes, and all seems well so not sure what's going on!</p> <p>Anyone else having issues with their Spectra? </p>
