I had a Hygeia last time and both are considered hospital grade. The Spectra is supposed to be quieter. I had a simple wishes bra last time but this time I ordered a dairy fairy one. I went to the Yummy Mummy store in Manhattan and both the Hygeia and Spectra were viewed most powerful by the staff.
