<title>Rubies on "Speech impediment?  What is this called..."</title>

<description>&#60;p&#62;My toddler does this a lot:  If I tell her &#34;Good job!&#34; she'll repeat it back by saying, &#34;Jood gob!&#34;  Or, she'll mix up syllables or words.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For example, she'll say, &#34;Mommy, are we going to the store grocery?&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any idea?  A phase, I'm sure...Just wondering if it had a name!
