It looks like the instructions assume you have a very text book cycle, but if you adjust the dates to within a week or so of when you typically ovulate it could still probably apply. For example, I ovulate pretty consistently sometime between CD 20 and 23. Given that I probably wouldn't start SMEP until CD 14 or 15. </p> <p>That being said, DH and I are pretty active. We DTD almost every day from the time AF ends through until a few days after O.
