My blood pressure was never high, and at some point my protein levels went down too (not normal, but not outrageously high). I'm currently 32 weeks and I had my first NST today and I found out I was spilling protein with a level of +1. Luckily my BP was normal. The OB on call released me to leave, but IDK what to think.</p> <p>In my last pregnancy I started spilling protein closer to the end and my BP kept getting high and coming back down. I was borderline pre-eclamptic and had to do 3 or 4 24-hour protein catches and constantly monitor my BP at home. I just barely made it to my induction for GD at 39 weeks. I can't remember if I knew what the strip tests results were.</p> <p>So for anyone who had +1 protein - what ended up happening? Was it fine? Did you end up with pre-eclampsia? </p>
