I always heard the opposite that you don't want physical touch from husband since as a mom we r "touched" out.</p> <p>That's true for me too.. Not as much physical touch but more so acts of service (helping w kids putting dishes away doing laundry). Obviously bc as a sahm caring for two young kiddos I am spent!!</p> <p>What has stayed the same is quality time. Before I was not super liberal with hugging/kissing/hand holding and I find that now I crave physical contact from DH. No idea why. I think SAH in some ways makes me need a little extra love and reassurance where before I was more independent. It's been interesting.
