Toddler Girl was on decent solids by then so she dropped a feed when she dropped the nap.

I always nurse my son to sleep - I know it's a no-no but I totally couldn't care :)
I feed him about 10 feedings in a 24-hour period.

@NYCaliMama: @Mrs. Bee: @sandy:
Great to hear from others who do EASY! Wow, they don't need to nurse as many times a day when they get older eh?

My experimental schedule shall continue. Tonight he woke up one hour into 'bedtime', at his old bedtime, and I fed him again.

My LO is 8.5 months and we have been doing EASY since she was a few weeks old. She nurses 4 times now with 2 naps:

1st nursing - at wake up (followed by solids about 30 minutes after)
2nd nursing - after first nap (followed by solids about an hour later)
3rd nursing - after second nap (followed by solids an hour later)
4th nursing - at bedtime

we followed easy with charlie, but with olive, she tends to sleep better if her belly if full so sometimes i nurse her close to nap time.

right now it's morning, before first nap (she's not hungry as soon as she wakes up), after 1st nap, after 2nd nap, bedtime.

Both my daughters moved from 3 naps to 2 at around 8 months... We do EASY as well, except my 2nd DD does still nurse to sleep sometimes.

I gave it a try tonight. I'll call it 'dinner time' feed. And I moved bedtime an hour earlier, to 7pm. I'm pretty excited about this new 2-nap thing.

My LO takes two naps but she's one so we just weaned off the bottle. Before that I would give her a bottle after each nap and then a couple of hours after the last bottle.

Looks like we'll be transitioning to 2 naps soon (3.5 months).

We've been doing EASY (eat-activity-sleep) schedule for the last couple of months and that has worked great. Usually 6 or 7 nursing sessions (wake-up, 1st nap, 2nd nap, 3rd nap, bedtime, and middle-of-night). With 2 naps should I add an extra feeding session to replace that 3rd nap one? What do you do?
