It is absolutely foolproof! I prefer the Thirsties Fab Fitteds and Tot Bots Bamboozle with a Blueberry Coverall. For the Tot Bots I put a Swaddlebees microfleece liner so baby keeps the stay-dry feeling. The Thirsties Fab Fitted has a built in stay-dry piece. She sleeps in AIOs which seem thicker. She leaked ONCE when I didn't change it all night. I learned my lesson.
