It is mostly just kisses on the cheek nowadays, but on special occasions I get a small peck. I also have some extended family members that kiss on the lips too. Growing up I don't really recall any families that we knew doing that, and my mom was pretty vocal about how inappropriate she thought it was. DH's family was the same.
