Sometimes when I'm really tired I'll sleep when she does. Usually I stay up 1-4 hours before heading to bed. Now that I'm back at work I wish I can stay up through putting her to sleep! Usually by 9:00ish I'm SO tired I end up falling asleep with her. Hopefully in the coming weeks either she falls asleep quicker or I can stick through a 1hr+ session to put her down. Not having any wind down or husband time nightly sucks! M goes to sleep around 7:30. Lala was up until 10 last night :( I like some peace and quiet before I go to sleep, so I tend to stay up very late. I'm guessing that when he sleeps through the night this will change. Do you sleep when your LO goes to sleep at night?
