My Korean girlfriends and I grew up together and there was a period post college where we would always get together for drinks, bday dinners, etc. After my wedding, two of the girls stopped "keeping in touch" with each other (no big falling out or anything, they were just growing apart throughout the year)... and so I'm left with no "group" of friends to call. There are 5 o fus total and we get together at least monthly as a group. And then we'll see each other separately (usually in pairs) throughout the month. I've known them since we were all 12 yrs old and somehow managed to remain friends throughout all these years. There are four of us. We have been friends since college. We don't get together as much as we used to...life, marriage, etc. changes things. However, we try to at least get all four of us together once a month (this month we managed to get together twice). Sometimes I will go out with one or two separately from the group just because it's easier to get two of us together than all four.</p> <p>We usually go out to dinner, but sometimes we get together for lunch dates, shopping, etc. We sometimes do couples dinners as well (we are doing this tomorrow night). Food and drink is always part of the equation, whether that be brunch (our favorite) or dinner.
