I only had a MOH who was my best friend since high school (so, about 14 years). Basically right after my wedding she went MIA for a bit, then came back into my life, and then went kind of crazy (shaved her head, got divorced, stopped paying her mortgage and let her house get foreclosed on, switched her kids to a gluten-free diet even though neither have any gluten allergies, etc.) Then she just basically dropped off the face of the earth (or, at least, stopped talking to me). One our lives aren't in the same places, so we dont' hang out often, but we are always emailing each other throughout the week. And I knwo I could call her up and she would be there for me in a heartbeat. I was very careful when picking my wedding party, because I did not want to not recognize people in my pictures. There's another one that I try to email, fb and text her but she doesn't seem to respond back... which then makes me annoyed. There's really only one BM that I really consider a good friend.
