<description>&#60;p&#62;My nanny is important to me because she is important to my son and because she does a wonderful job. The fact that she is also a great person and friend is a bonus :) I would like to be sure she stays with us and is happy and comfortable with our family. My husband can be a bit stoic and I always hope he isn't making her uncomfortable. She says no but I'd love to know what a nanny wishlist might look like. What do you want from your employer? What would be an ideal situation for you? My nanny is live in but any nanny or childcare worker answers would be very appreciated! And thank you for all you do!
