My hubby likes the lava brand the best (and they're less of a rip off). He can either wean himself off completely, or just lower the nicotine % without stopping the habit of "taking a breather" and physically putting a cigarette to his mouth. I have a hard enough time with the fact that my in laws are smokers. For the moment it's not a HUGE deal because they smoke outside when they visit us or when we visit them. I expect it to be a BIG issue when we have children. I don't even want my children to see them smoke. I'm really really opposed to smoking so I don't want my kids seeing their grandparents do it and thinking it's OK.
