I only eat a few kinds of meat/poultry and it has to be extremely lean. I'd go with veggies for sure. There are so many to choose from and so many different preparations. If I had to choose between meat and fruit + veggies, I'd definitely go the veggie route. I've done Atkins before, and you never realize how sick you can get of meat! What about you (if only eating meat weren't bad for your health)?
