LO is almost 4 months old and I'm just starting to feel the need to have a REAL date night. Like, calling someone to stay at the house while the hubs and I go out in clothes other than track pants and hoodies.

We don't have regular date nights but it is more of an issue of paying for a babysitter. I've always been pretty relaxed about leaving the LO, if only we had grandparents to babysit or someone else to do it for free! Hope you enjoy your night out!

If it were up to me I would never leave my LO's side. I know, very unhealthy. So far in the 4 months that she's been with us, I've left her for
-doctor's apts & massages (which I get for medical reasons)
-my sister's bachelorette party (which I was upset about b/c she was only a month but would be an awful sister if I missed it)
-one trip to the grocery store
-the ballet (which was after her bed time)

I promised my hubby for Chanukah we'd go see the Muppets, just us two. Who knows, maybe I'll love it and want to start regular date nights. Or I'll just miss my LO like crazy and never want to leave her side again :(

So when did you start date nights? Was it hard at first, or a relief to get out?
