I took a big water bottle on the plane with me and the flight attendants were really nice about refilling my bottle for me! I drank a ton of water.
I think the biggest thing is to make sure you walk around and drink water!

I agree with @artbee. Get an aisle seat. If you can't, tell your seatmates ahead of time that you will be getting up every 45 minutes to walk around and use the restroom. They might be kidn enough to give you the aisle.

Do not be afraid to wake them up if they are sleeping and you have to get up. It happens, you warned them.

Buy a big bottle of water when you get past security. The biggest you can find. Drink as much as you can. Pee before you get on the flight. Get another bottle before your flight if you go through most of the first bottle (or fill it up at the water fountain).

Walk around on the plane. Get up every 45 minutes to do so. Move your ankles around in circles while you're sitting down. Wear comfortable shoes that aren't too tight in case you swell.

-Be sure to walk around during the flight to keep good circulation in your legs.
-Drink PLENTY of water
-Let them know your pregnant and you dont want to go through the scanner, they really dont mind to do a pat down instead.

Good thing you have an aisle so you don't bother people by getting up to pee all the time! My tips would be get up and walk around as much as you can, and bring lots of snacks.

I'm not a big traveler so I'm extremely nervous to fly next week at 27 weeks (cross country, 6-7 hr flight) and then again at 32 weeks (to Florida, 3-4 hr flight). I think I fly maybe once every two years usually.

Any tips for flying so late in the pregnancy? No problems yet and I plan on checking in with my doc right before the trips just in case. And I'm not going anywhere foreign, and staying with friends both times who can easily get me to a doctor if need be. I did book aisle seats for all the flights back and forth, and I'm planning on bringing my own pillow. I'm flying with my best friend next week (cross country) and with Wagon Sr. at 32 weeks (Florida). Oh, the flight back from across the country is a red-eye...
