You get to choose the fabric, design, and whatever else you want to customize and they make it for you and tailor it for you. They even include a free custom-made veil. It seemed expensive at the time (for a rented dress) but I just couldn't find the perfect dress for me and the only way to get the one I wanted was to get it made.
