It has a soft silicone top with two slits for the liquid to pass through, but I think it's tough for DS to get the liquid out. He tends to just play with the cup and bang it around. (Although I must say, no matter how much he bangs it around, it doesn't leak at all.)</p> <p>We were on the go over the holidays and I was feeding him baby food from a pouch. (like this <a href="http://www.earthsbest.com/node/548" rel="nofollow">http://www.earthsbest.com/node/548</a> ) I noticed he started sucking the food out on his own, so I'm thinking about trying a straw sippee. He does also love to sip water from a regular cup, so I'm not sold that a straw sippee is the best way to go yet. </p> <p>Any suggestions? What was the progression from bottle to sippee for your LO? </p>
