At my last appt, I brought homemade healthy brownies, cookies and muffins (all made with coconut or almond flour, and no sugar!), and hand written notes for them all. Often the parents of mom or dad will bring them in (like us) or mom and dad will order in (like the pizza).</p> <p>As a side note, I was bummed that none of the nurses thanked us for the bagels.
