I brought my LO into after hour care at my ped office once because she was spitting up so much! Like bib/clothes-soaking, massive pools of spit-up. Nothing turned out to be wrong, I'm just a worrier too! My pediatrician says as long as she's not in pain, she has good output, and she's gaining weight, that's what matters!

I guess it could be, but babies just spit up a lot. Mostly for no reason other than their little tummies are immature. If she's happy, there's probably no issue with it.

I had given up dairy cause R had a lot of gas and reflux. We finally got her on Zantac two weeks ago. She doesn't seem in pain anymore and doesn't seem to have gas issues anymore either. The doctor told me I could reintroduce dairy and see how she does. I waited a week to make sure the Zantac was working. So I have eaten dairy for a week now. But the last couple days she is spitting up a ton. Like multiple big amounts with each feeding. She doesn't seem in pain. Could this be from the dairy? It is very thin and liquid, not chunky, like old milk. Her diapers look the same, normal BF poop. She still has plenty of wet and poopy diapers.
