My LO just went through the same thing. Two MASSIVE vomits (like requiring laundry and a bath) in 12 hours and a huge diarrhea diaper. No fever and was in a great mood. I called our ped and she said just try to keep her hydrated with small amounts of water/BM/pedialyte and only take her in if she seemed dehydrated. She lost her color for a day and her appetite is still ramping back up 4 days later, but she's mostly recovered!

It sounds like he has a stomach bug that he's trying to get over? Giving our LO dairy always prolongs stomach issues for him so we stay away from milk and other stuff for at least a few days and stick to a modified version of the BRAT diet.

I would call and explain the symptoms to the doctor over the phone, or if you have a call-in line or something. Hope he feels better!

Ok, so Tuesday night LO vomited up milk at dinner. On his tray. He had just finished drinking a sippy and it came back up. I assumed it was the beginning of a stomach virus but he never had a fever and didn't act sick. The next day he woke up and he had vomited in his bed. Still no other symptoms. I just cleaned him up and looked for symptoms, but nothing appears. A day goes by and all is normal. Today he gulps down a sippy at dinner and vomits/spits up again!

Before all this started his appetite had taken a nose dive. He has barely eaten in days. Probably ate a third of his breakfast, very little lunch (like 2/3 of one sandwich and usually he would eat a sandwich and a side item or two). This has continued while he's been going through this weird pukey period also. He woke up last night screaming, we assumed thirst/hungry so he nursed and then I followed up with a milk sippy and he went back to bed no problem.

Should I take him in to the dr? I don't know what to tell them!
