I've noticed an increase in my milk production in the last 2 days by about 5-6 oz total for the day. I usually pump 15-18 oz and the last 2 days its been about 23 oz. </p> <p>The thing is, I have no idea why or how? LO is almost 4 months old. I've been sick (cold), started my period today, and I've been slacking on drinking water. So basically I feel like I should have a decrease in production based on what I've read. </p> <p>Isn't this weird??? </p>
