I wear 2 sports bras and that seems to keep the girls in check while I'm working out.

I just wore 2 sports bra that I already had (I needed two to support the them more since they were bigger than before). I didn't have a problem with wearing something tight for a short period of time though I know some women do.

I have a moving comfort Jubralee. It goes up to an E, has velcro straps so you can adjust the tightness. It's an excellent sports bra for high impact stuff

Lol Moving Comfort FTW

Yes! The one I have has velcro straps... let me get the link... I am not BF yet, it's just an awesome bra, but i realized how perfect it'll be after reading about this bra on a mommy blog.

Well, it depends on what you are looking for. I have a multitude of sports bras, but I'm super chesty and when I work out I need them crammed into place so they don't bounce all over the place. None of them are super awesome for nursing (the stretchy ones I just pull down or pull up).

What if you went to Target or Walmart and bought a cheaper sports bra and wore it over your bravado? I usually layer sports bras (because of the bouncing!). You could put your bravado on, then put the sports bra over top to keep things in place, but cut slits in it so you could slide flanges or your nipple through and just clip down your bravado underneath.

DH and I are taking a self-defense class next weekend and he is insisting I get a sports bra. However I am breastfeeding and do not want one that is super tight as I will have to pump. I just bought a Bravada Body Silk Seamless Nursing bra that I think would work just fine but to appease him I am looking for a sports bra but don't want to shell out the money for a nursing sports bra as this will likely be the only time I wear it. Anyone have a suggestion for a decent/reasonably priced sports bra that works when breastfeeding?
