I had spotting about 7 weeks, but it turned out to be just irritation from intercourse a few days before.

I haven't....but my best friend bled quite heavily from weeks 12-15 and gave birth to a very healthy baby. Not common, but it was normal for her.

I woke up early in the morning when I was around 8 weeks pregnant because my underwear was soaked with blood. Was SO scared, but everything was fine with my baby and I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and L&D. Had spotting and light bleeding up until the end of my 2nd trimester. (OB said initial bleeding was from implantation and said cervix can get irritated from sex, etc.. which can cause spotting).
Was pretty stressful whenever I saw red in the toilet bowl or on my panties, but I have a healthy 6 month old daughter who's in the 98th % for height and weight.. so super thankful.

has anyone had spotting later in the first trimester? i had very light spotting for about 2 days or so at 11+ weeks. doctor was very proactive and told me to come in for an ultrasound. said it wasn't the cervix and there were no clots upon reviewing the ultrasound.... so essentially, i'm not sure where the spotting came from. so far, it's a week later and my babies' seem fine. we did the ultrascreen on monday and everything was fine. and we've definitely heard the heartbeat today on the doppler. i'm not really nervous anymore, but just wondering if it's happened and if there were any consequences...
