My first two after mc were "normal". The second to last one had a two day break in the middle of the bleeding and this last one only lasted 1.5 days. So yeah, I don't think I'm back to normal and my mc was in July :(. Everyone is different but I think it takes a while to get back to normal.

@Jennimac: You're totally right. I just don't want to believe it. After googling, spotting during ovulation, I've found a lot of information so maybe that's what it was. Either way, so many changes.

@Ash: that's what I Was thinking until a few months ago and then I was, "whoa!!! This is normal." I think you also have to consider that you have a "new" normal. Mc, however long or short, can do a number on your body. All those hormones jut confuse your body into thinking all kinds of things.

@Jennimac: my cycles have all felt normal. I was 7 weeks measuring 4 so I don't know if that makes it easier on my body or not. :( but it sure has been doing crazy things.

@Grace: I googled spotting during ovulation and a lot came up about it being normal, like you said. Only time will tell. Thank you!

@Ash: Somehow I interpreted that to be the stringy mucous tinged with blood. Sorry about that. I don't know - if you are worried, ask your doctor, but from what I understand, MC screw up your body and it takes a while.

My cycle took a while to get back to normal after our delivery at 20 weeks. I had my cycle back about a month and a half after we lost our daughter, but it honestly hasn't felt like a normal cycle until about the last two cycles. We lost our daughter in march. Your body may still be working itself out from your miscarriage.

@Grace: honestly, not that I've noticed but I don't chart so I'm not the most observant. I guess I feel like it might hurt our chances this month. :( but it's nice to hear its normal. Even the random shreds of tissue?

I've had that around ovulation time. I read about it and it's normal. Are you having EWCM at the same time?

Happy Thanksgiving bees!

I'm so confused right now. I'll start with a little background so my 'problem' makes more sense.

August 4 we got married and pulled the goalie for the 1st time and conceived.. yay! Except we miscarried at 7 weeks in September... 28 days after my miscarriage, AF came right on time. Then last month, AF came on CD 32, the latest she has ever been. I'm currently on CD 15 (AF ended on CD 6) and for the past couple of days have had some ocassional spotting and dark red "period-like" tissue in the toilet when I go to the bathroom (maybe like, 1-2 strands).
I feel like the first month after my m/c was normal and now I'm just wondering if I am completely messed up or what. This just seems so strange to me. I was thinking maybe it has to do with BD and a sensitive cervix... Idk. Can anyone weigh in? Has the m/c totally messed me up?!

Thanks!
