Neither sex nor an exam is the culprit. Luckily, I had an appointment already scheduled for today. I am not dilated so the doctor thinks it is just the result of the cervix softening from BH, although he also said it could be a sign of preterm labor. Has anyone had spotting in the mid to late third trimester? Did you go into labor soon thereafter? </p>
