I had bleeding right after I found out I was pregnant and had spotting throughout my pregnancy. Was so stressful! But thankfully I had a healthy baby.

I also have PCOS. At the time i didnt know i was pregnant becuase it wasnt unusual for me to miss periods. But when i was due for my next period i spotted and it was brown like you mentioned. I just thought i had a light period and was only going to have it a day or 2. then a few months later i found out i was pregnant. i never took a test because i missed mine a lot and had no symptoms.

I talked to my doctor this morning and she told me to just take 2 prometrium pills tonight (I have been taking 1 so far) and she said that the fact that it's brown is good. She ordered another lab for me to do this Wednesday and I'm guessing she'll have me do another one on Friday. Thanks for the positive thoughts!

I didn't have this, but know many many people who have! I think it's pretty normal (esp. if it is brown) for even a few weeks after your BFP.

Have you requested that your doctor do repeat blood labs to ensure that your HCG levels are raising? That would be helpful in knowing how things are going.

I really hope this is a sticky BFP for you!!

I got a BFP last Wednesday which was confirmed with a blood test. Just a little background, I have PCOS with a history of low progesterone and had a MC at 7 weeks this past July which was probably due to my progesterone issues.

This time I've been on prometrium to supplement my natural progesterone since O and I'm also taking B6 and using progesterone cream to help. I started spotting on Saturday night and still am VERY lightly spotting today. TMI but it's been just barely brown old looking blood and it's only there when I wipe or check for it.

When I had my MC it started with spotting but the spotting was pink and had turned red by early the following morning (the spotting started on a Sunday afternoon).

Has anyone had spotting this early and what was your experience with it? Today it's more of a dark yellow color even…not as brown as yesterday.

I also took 2 more tests over the weekend. They were both FRERs and I took one on Saturday and one on Sunday (after the spotting had started) and the line on Sunday was noticably darker than Saturday.
