How old is baby: 1 week old as of yesterday
How are you feeling? Pretty amazing! Was very sore and tired the first few days but now I feel energized. I love having my body less vulnerable and big. I'm really looking forward to losing the baby weight. Emotionally I'm really good too. First two days o had some blues but now I'm all bliss. I hope it continues.
What are you loving?: my daughter is such an easy going baby and my son is so smitten with her. It's truly been exceeding my expectations. wenare all cosleeping and that is also working out surprisingly well.

What are your biggest challenges right now:
It's been pretty amazing so far. The hardest thing for me is dealing with the frailty of a newborn. I want to be able to go out and my son loves and needs socialization but I want to protect my newborn from exposure to too much before she is vaccinated so it's a bit nerve wracking. I get stir crazy when I can't go to a variety of places.

For fun, what are your Easter/Passover plans?: probably just fun at home with the family. I'llake Easter baskets for the kids and maybe we will eat a special meal.

I've decided to make a spring postpartum chat board since my little March board are pretty quiet on here. My daughter was born March 16th so she technically is an end of winter baby but I think she will relate more to spring season for her birthday. I hope other spring or borderline spring mommas will join me here in discussing our babies and postpartum journey.
