I was wondering if anyone has any tips for adjusting baby sleep for daylight savings time ending next week, spring forward. Our LO is 4 months old and we base bedtime off of her last nap for the day. I usually let her sleep as long as possible in the morning, this ends up being anywhere from 6:45am to 8am. Thank you!
