They're waist to thigh compression shorts, and a girlfriend of mine swore that they were amazing for post partum recovery. At $189 a pop I'm a little unsure though. They have a section on the website that says some health insurers cover them as a medical aid, so I'm planning on ringing mine tomorrow to find out.
