I had it too and it started around that time in my pregnancy...I still have some even 3w after delivery.<br /> It's inflammation. Ask your OB about it. It's beneath the breast, apparently where rib meets breast bone...and they are now rubbing against each other from the pregnancy.<br /> It;s called Costochondritis. And basically some Tylenol will solve it and it should go away soon after delivery. All day today, I've had stabbing pains in the bottom part of my left breast. It feels like someone is sticking a needle in to me, over and over.</p> <p>Any idea what could be causing this? DH is worried it's my heart, but I swear it's in my breast, not behind it. I'm 21 weeks pregnant. </p>
