Our washer died this week too. We checked out a few stores and saw that Sears has some compact washer dryer combos. The guy at Sears even emailed a coupon for $100 off any washer or dryer more than $599. Maybe you could check it out?</p> <p>We ended up getting our top loading washer on clearance from Lowe's and they had free delivery and free haul away. Not terribly small, but awesome. (Hubby had to take the bathroom door frame off to get them in there!) They're stackable, but we didn't do that. They're definitely not compact. A friend of mine had the LG washer/dryer combo. Anyone know of good ones? Anything to stay away from?</p> <p>Also just saw the LG front load washer/dryer combo? Does this work? Is it good???? </p>
