It was an experiment to see whether or not she got bored during her feedings, and I was right. As soon as I replaced her nipples with the next higher flow, she started finishing her bottles again. It never negatively impacted BFing. Mostly because he likes to feed himself now and the faster flow drips everywhere. Then we would move up a stage at that point. I have kept him on stage 1 because I heard somewhere that it's closer to the flow of breastfeeding. Is this true? Should I keep him on stage 1 nipples or would it not make a difference to his breastfeeding to move him up? </p>
