<description>&#60;p&#62;Dreft makes a treatment spray that I swear by.  It gets out EVERYTHING, including formula, breastmilk, and baby puke.  I actually use it on our adult clothes too, since it gets out everything.  Try that - I've only seen it at Babies R Us, though.  I don't know why Target doesn't carry it.  It;s like magic.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@sorrycharlie:  this happened to us. It's something about how old spit up stains oxidize (or something) in storage and gradually become visible again. I think I did long hot water soaks with oxiclean and it helped.
