DH has his concealed license so we always make sure we are in the right when we go places, otherwise we leave the gun in the car. At first I thought it was silly to take a gun everywhere when DH first expressed his desire to get his license, but anymore I'm thankful he has it. You never know what will happen at an innocent trip to the movies, unfortunately. </p> <p>I don't mind if places allow guns. DH had to go through a long and hard process to obtain his and there are tons of rules and regulations about being able to carry. Not just anyone can get one. Well, Starbucks is on record stating customers are welcome in their stores with their guns in conceal and carry states. Gun organizations caught wind of this and have asked their members to show Starbucks a little love and visit their local shop. Starbucks response was to ask, not ban, gun owners to leave their guns at home since guns are not part of the Starbucks experience. The CEO was quoted saying there is not a ban because he doesn't want to put his employees in the position of asking someone with a firearm to leave.</p> <p>Guns are everywhere. Would you like to know store policies on firearms? Will this change where you shop, spend your money?</p> <p>I am so curious about all of this and now will go buy a brownie at Starbucks. </p>
