<description>&#60;p&#62;Maybe I'm too nice but I would never contact customer service about something like this. If there was a bug/hair/cleaning product in my drink then of course I would, but once I leave the store if I notice something's messed up with my order (but still edible/drinkable) I let it slide.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Send a customer service complaint- they will usually send you an apology letter in the mail along with a coupon for a free drink. Also i dont think it hurts to call the store either- thye will probably comp your drink when you go in the next time!&#60;/p&#62;

They should know better than to cross an addict. I sent an email to customer service and they mailed me coupons for free drinks :)&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I haven't had an issue with Sbux exactly, but sometimes I notice that the fast food place left out an item or two when I go through the drive-through window.  I've called, they made note of it, and told me that it would be on the house the next time I came back (I'm assuming there's a log?).  I think Sbux would have better customer service than Jack in the Box, so I'm sure they would do something similar!

<description>&#60;p&#62;By the time I took a sip, I was already too far to go back to the store.  How do I complain?  Is there an email? Or do I call the store? I looked to see if there was something under my rewards account but I don't see anything. I even looked on starbucks website for a contact info. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This has happened in the past and I usually don't do anything because I can't figure out who to contact when this happens. Haha&#60;/p&#62;
